How To Make Donut yummy:)

Ingredient :

• 500 grams of all-purpose flour

• 250 ml of water

• 5 tablespoons of sugar

• 100 grams of melted butter of margarine

• 2 egg yolks

• 6 grams yeast (instant)

• 2 tablespoons powdered milk

• cooking oil


Tool :

- Wook

- Glass

- Filter

- A container for making dough

- Stove


Steps :

1). Put water, instant yeast, and sugar into a glass and stir until evenly distributed, wait a few minutes for the water to appear bubly (indicating that the yeast is active)

2). Put the flour, yeast, margarine, egg yolk, and milk powder into the container. Mix until the dough is smooth and not sticky

3). Cover the dough container with a damp cloth. Let the dough inflate for an hour.

4). After the dough looks fluffy, knead theiki dough again until be come deflated.

5). Divide the size of the dough into several parts. Shape the dough into the desired donut shape the clough that has been formed can be placed in another container that has been dusted with flourso that it is not sticky. Leave it for 10 minutes.

6). Fry the dough in hot enough oil. Flip when it's golden brown.

7). When both sides look cooked, remove and drain, donuts are ready to be served.
